기술보증기금법 제31조(보증 등의 한도)

① 기금의 보증채무부담 및 재보증 총액의 한도는 기금의 기본재산과 이월이익금의 합계액의 20배를 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2012.3.21>

② 기금이 같은 기업에 대하여 보증 또는 재보증할 수 있는 보증채무의 최고한도는 대통령령으로 정한다.

③ 기금은 신기술사업자가 부담하는 채무액 중 중소벤처기업부장관이 정하는 한도의 금액에 대하여 보증할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>
