기술보증기금법 제16조(등기)

① 기금은 본점의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(1) The^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 come컴 into인투 existence에그지스튼스 by바이 completing컴플리팅 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 head헤드 office.오^f피스

② 제1항에 따른 기금의 설립등기와 이전등기, 변경등기, 그 밖에 기금의 등기에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(2) Registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 establishment,이스태블리시먼트 transfer,트^r랜스^f퍼 and앤드 alteration올터^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) and앤드 other어^ð더 matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

③ 제2항에 따라 등기가 필요한 사항은 그 등기를 한 후가 아니면 제3자에게 대항하지 못한다.
