기술보증기금법 제15조(정관)

Korea Technology Finance Corporation Act, Article 15 (Articles of incorporation)

① 기금의 정관은 제17조에 따른 운영위원회(이하 "운영위원회"라 한다)의 의결을 거쳐 중소벤처기업부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. 이를 변경할 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 기금의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
