기술보증기금법 시행령 제22조의8(보증연계투자)

① 법 제28조의4제2항에 따른 기금의 보증연계투자 총액의 한도는 기금의 기본재산과 이월이익금(移越利益金)의 합계액의 100분의 20으로 한다. <개정 2014.12.9, 2018.9.4>
