기금의 등기에 관하여는 이 영에 특별한 규정이 없으면 「상업등기법」 제15조부터 제20조까지, 제22조부터 제28조까지, 제75조부터 제80조까지 및 제82조부터 제89조까지의 규정을 준용한다.
