기상관측표준화법 시행령 제9조(기상관측표준화위원회의 운영)

①법 제20조제1항에 따른 기상관측표준화위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

②위원장이 회의를 소집하고자 하는 때에는 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 안건을 회의개최 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사정이나 그 밖에 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 open오우픈 its잇츠 meetings미팅즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 its잇츠 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④위원회는 효율적인 업무수행을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 관계 기관 및 전문가 등에 대하여 자료의 제출 또는 의견의 진술 그 밖에 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.

(4) Where웨어 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 efficient이^f피션트 performance퍼^f포먼스 of어^v브 work,워크 the^ð더 Committee커미티 may메이 request^r리퀘스트 relevant^r렐러^v번트 institutions,인스티투션즈 experts,엑스펏츠 etc.엣세터^r러 to투 submit서브밋 data,데이타 state스테잇 opinions,어피니언즈 or오 provide프^r러^v바이드 other어^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 cooperation.코아퍼^r레이션

⑤위원회에 출석한 위원과 관계 전문가에 대하여는 예산의 범위 안에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 위원회에 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

⑥위원회의 운영에 관하여 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 심의를 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.

(6) Other어^ð더 matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 after애^f프터 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 by바이 the^ð더 Committee.커미티
