Act on the Prevention of Disasters on Steep Slopes, Article 33 (Delegation and Entrustment of Authority or Duties)

① 이 법에 따른 행정안전부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2015.1.20, 2017.7.26, 2024.2.13>
