급경사지 재해예방에 관한 법률 제24조(계측업자의 지위승계)

① 계측업자는 다른 계측업자의 사업을 양도ㆍ양수하거나 다른 계측업자인 법인을 합병하려는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2015.1.20>

(1) Where웨어 a어 measurement메저먼트 business비즈니스 operator아퍼^r레이터 intends인텐즈 to투 transfer트^r랜스^f퍼 or오 acquire어콰이어 the^ð더 business비즈니스 of어^v브 another어너^ð더 measurement메저먼트 business비즈니스 operator아퍼^r레이터 or오 merge머지 with위^ð드 a어 corporation코퍼^r레이션 that^ð댓 is이즈 another어너^ð더 measurement메저먼트 business비즈니스 operator,아퍼^r레이터 the^ð디 operator아퍼^r레이터 shall섈 report^r리포트 to투 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor,거^v버너 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

② 제1항에 따라 신고한 양수인 및 합병에 따라 설립되거나 합병 후 존속하는 법인은 양도인 및 합병 전 법인의 계측업자로서의 지위를 각각 승계한다.

③ 계측업자가 사망한 경우 그 상속인이 계측업자의 지위를 승계하여 계측업을 하려는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2015.1.20>

(3) Where웨어 a어 measurement메저먼트 business비즈니스 operator아퍼^r레이터 dies다이즈 and앤드 the^ð디 heir에어 intends인텐즈 to투 succeed석시드 to투 the^ð더 status스태터스 of어^v브 the^ð더 measurement메저먼트 business비즈니스 operator아퍼^r레이터 and앤드 engage엔게이지 in인 the^ð더 measurement메저먼트 business,비즈니스 the^ð디 heir에어 shall섈 report^r리포트 to투 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor,거^v버너 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

④ 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항 및 제3항에 따른 신고를 받은 날부터 14일 이내에 신고수리 여부를 신고인에게 통지하여야 한다. <신설 2018.10.16>

⑤ 시ㆍ도지사가 제4항에서 정한 기간 내에 신고수리 여부나 민원 처리 관련 법령에 따른 처리기간의 연장을 신고인에게 통지하지 아니하면 그 기간(민원 처리 관련 법령에 따라 처리기간이 연장 또는 재연장된 경우에는 해당 처리기간을 말한다)이 끝난 날의 다음 날에 신고를 수리한 것으로 본다. <신설 2018.10.16>
