금융지주회사법 제19조의2(금융투자업자인 손자회사ㆍ증손회사 등의 다른 회사 지배)

① 금융지주회사의 자회사인 금융투자업자의 지배를 받는 손자회사가 제19조제2항에 따라 지배하는 외국 증손회사는 다음 각 호의 요건을 충족하는 경우에는 제19조제3항에도 불구하고 다른 회사를 지배할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 금융지주회사의 외국 증손회사의 지배를 받는 외국 금융투자업자(외국 법령에 따라 외국에서 「자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률」 제6조의 금융투자업에 상당하는 영업을 영위하는 자를 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)는 제19조제4항에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 충족하는 경우에는 다른 회사를 지배할 수 있다.
