Act on the Establishment, etc. of the Financial Services Commission, Article 9 (Prohibition of Concurrent Offices, etc.)
위원장, 부위원장 및 제4조제1항제5호의 위원은 재직 중 다음 각 호의 직(職)을 겸하거나 영리를 목적으로 하는 사업을 할 수 없다.
The Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson, and the members under Article 4 (1) 5 may not, while in office, concurrently hold any of the following positions or engage in a business for profit:
1. 국회의원 또는 지방의회의원
1. A member of the National Assembly or a member of a local council;
2. 국가공무원 또는 지방공무원
2. A State public official or a local public official;
3. 이 법과 다른 법령에 따라 감독의 대상이 되는 단체의 임직원
3. An officer or employee of an organization subject to supervision under this Act and other statutes;
4. 그 밖에 보수를 받는 직
4. Other paid positions.
