금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률 제14조(긴급조치)

① 위원장은 내우외환, 천재지변 또는 중대한 금융 경제상의 위기로 긴급조치가 필요한 경우로서 금융위원회를 소집할 시간적 여유가 없을 때에는 금융위원회의 권한 내에서 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다.

② 위원장은 제1항의 조치를 하였을 때에는 지체 없이 금융위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 내용을 보고하여야 한다.
