금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률 제15조(사무처의 설치 등)

① 금융위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 금융위원회에 사무처를 두며, 이 법에 규정된 것 외에 금융위원회의 조직 및 정원에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2012.3.21>
