금융실명거래 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(명의인의 요구에 의한 거래정보등의 제공)

①제5조에 따른 금융회사등에 종사하는 자(이하 "금융회사등종사자"라 한다)는 명의인으로부터 거래정보등의 제공을 요구받은 경우에는 그 요구자가 명의인인지의 여부를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.28>

②금융회사등종사자는 명의인의 상속인 또는 유증에 의한 수증자 등 명의인의 금융자산에 대하여 법률상 명의인의 권한을 행사할 수 있는 지위에 있는 자가 거래정보등의 제공을 요구하는 때에는 그 권한의 유무를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.28>

③금융회사등은 명의인의 확인 또는 거래정보등의 제공 과정에서 거래정보등이 다른 사람에게 유출되지 아니하도록 하여야 하며, 이를 위하여 명의인의 확인과 거래정보등의 제공에 관한 방법 및 절차를 정하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.28>
