금융산업의 구조개선에 관한 법률 제24조의4(다른 법률과의 관계)

금융기관의 합병 및 전환, 부실금융기관에 대한 조치, 금융기관의 청산 및 파산 등에 관하여 이 법에서 정하는 것을 제외하고는 그 금융기관의 영업의 인가ㆍ허가 등의 근거가 되는 법률과 「상법」, 「비송사건절차법」, 그 밖의 관계 법령에 따른다.
