금융산업의 구조개선에 관한 법률 시행령 제5조의6(자체정상화계획 및 부실정리계획 심의위원회의 구성ㆍ운영)

① 법 제9조의6제1항에 따른 자체정상화계획 및 부실정리계획 심의위원회(이하 "심의위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 5명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 심의위원회 위원장은 금융위원회 위원 중에서 금융위원회 위원장이 지명하며, 심의위원회 위원은 금융 분야의 전문가 중에서 금융위원회 위원장이 위촉한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Financial^f퍼낸실 Services서^v버시즈 Commission커미션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Financial^f퍼낸실 Services서^v버시즈 Commission,커미션 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Financial^f퍼낸실 Services서^v버시즈 Commission커미션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 experts엑스펏츠 in인 the^ð더 financial^f퍼낸실 field.^f필드

③ 심의위원회 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 two투 years.이어즈

④ 심의위원회 위원장은 심의위원회를 대표하고 심의위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

⑤ 심의위원회 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑥ 심의위원회 위원장은 안건의 심의를 위해 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 관계 기관, 법인, 단체 또는 전문가에게 회의 출석 및 의견 제출 등의 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 심의위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 세부 사항은 금융위원회가 정한다.
