규제자유특구 및 지역특화발전특구에 관한 규제특례법 제95조(예비타당성 조사에 관한 특례)

① 기획예산처장관은 규제자유특구 내 혁신사업 또는 전략산업과 관련 사업의 활성화를 위하여 신규 사업(규제자유특구에서 시행되는 사업에 한정한다) 중 사업목적, 규모, 추진방안 등 구체적인 사업계획이 수립되어 규제자유특구위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거친 경우에는 「국가재정법」 제38조제1항에 따른 예비타당성조사를 최대한 단축하여 처리하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 공공기관의 장은 규제자유특구 내 혁신사업 또는 전략산업과 관련하여 시행하는 신규 투자사업 또는 자본출자(규제자유특구에서 시행되는 사업 또는 출자에 한정한다) 중 사업목적, 규모, 추진방안 등 구체적인 사업계획이 수립되어 규제자유특구위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거친 경우에는 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제40조제3항에 따른 예비타당성 조사를 최대한 단축하여 처리하여야 한다.
