규제자유특구 및 지역특화발전특구에 관한 규제특례법 제73조(규제자유특구계획의 제안)

① 민간기업등은 해당 지역을 관할하는 비수도권 시ㆍ도지사등에게 규제자유특구계획을 제안할 수 있다. 이 경우 비수도권 시ㆍ도지사등은 특별한 사유가 없으면 민간기업등의 제안을 수용하여야 한다. <개정 2024.2.6>

② 민간기업등이 제안하는 규제자유특구계획에는 제74조제1항 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
