규제자유특구 및 지역특화발전특구에 관한 규제특례법 제24조(특화특구운영의 평가)

① 중소벤처기업부장관은 제23조제1항에 따른 보고서를 고려하여 특화특구위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거쳐 특화특구운영의 매년도 성과를 평가한다.

② 중소벤처기업부장관은 제1항에 따른 평가를 제23조제1항에 따른 보고서의 제출시기가 종료된 후 180일 이내에 완료하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 60일의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

③ 중소벤처기업부장관은 제1항에 따른 평가결과를 공개하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups스타텁스 shall섈 disclose디스클로우즈 the^ð디 evaluation이^v밸류에이션 results^r리절츠 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

④ 제3항에 따른 평가결과 공개의 방법과 그 밖에 특화특구위원회의 평가에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
