규제자유특구 및 지역특화발전특구에 관한 규제특례법 제17조(특화특구의 지정해제의 효과)

① 이 법에 따라 제정되는 조례는 제16조제2항에 따라 특화특구의 지정이 해제되거나 특화특구계획의 내용이 변경되어 규제특례의 적용이 중지되면 그 효력을 상실한다.

② 특화특구의 지정이 해제되거나 제16조제2항에 따라 특화특구계획의 내용이 변경되어 관련 특화특구의 지정내용이 취소되면 이 법에 따라 인정된 규제특례 및 그에 따른 허가ㆍ인가ㆍ승인 등은 그 효력을 상실한다. 다만, 1년의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 기간 내에 규제의 근거법률에 따라 같은 내용의 허가ㆍ인가ㆍ승인 등을 받은 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 특화특구관할지방자치단체의 장 및 특화사업자는 제2항 본문에 따라 특화특구 또는 특화사업과 관련된 규제특례와 허가ㆍ인가ㆍ승인 등의 효력이 상실되면 1년의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 기간 내에 규제특례 또는 그 허가ㆍ인가ㆍ승인 등에 따라 설치한 광고물ㆍ시설물 등을 해당 규제의 근거 법령에 적합하게 변경하거나 철거하여야 한다. 다만, 변경 또는 철거하기 매우 곤란하거나 실익이 없는 경우 등 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
