Military Criminal Act, Article 40 (Violation of Sentry Regulations)

① 정당한 사유 없이 정하여진 규칙에 따르지 아니하고 초병을 교체하게 하거나 교체한 사람은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 처벌한다.
