군 책임운영기관의 지정ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제30조(예산의 이월)

① 매 회계연도의 세출예산 중 부득이한 사유로 해당 회계연도 내에 지출하지 못한 경상적 성격의 경비는 대통령령으로 정하는 범위에서 다음 회계연도에 이월하여 사용할 수 있다.
