군 책임운영기관의 지정ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제18조(임용권자)

① 국방부장관은 「군무원인사법」 제6조에도 불구하고 군 책임운영기관 소속 군무원에 대한 임용권(任用權)을 가진다.
