Act on the Designation and Operation of Military Executive Agencies, Article 13 (Military Executive Agency Operation Committee)

① 군 책임운영기관의 지정 및 해제 여부, 군 책임운영기관 관련 제도의 개선 등에 관한 중요 사항을 심의ㆍ평가하기 위하여 국방부장관 소속으로 군 책임운영기관운영위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ평가한다. <개정 2011.5.19, 2016.1.19>

③ 위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(3) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 15 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

④ 위원회의 위원장은 국방부차관으로 한다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Vice^v바이스 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 National내셔늘 Defense.디^f펜스

⑤ 위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 국방부장관이 임명하거나 위촉한다. <개정 2011.5.19, 2017.3.21>

1. 국방부 및 관계 중앙행정기관의 국장급 이상 공무원

2. 장성급(將星級) 현역장교 또는 1급 군무원

⑥ 이 법으로 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 및 평가대상기관 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
