군인연금법 제41조(비용 부담의 원칙)

① 퇴직급여 및 퇴직유족급여에 드는 비용은 군인과 국가가 부담한다. 이 경우 급여에 드는 비용은 적어도 5년마다 다시 계산하여 재정적 균형이 유지되도록 하여야 한다.
