군인연금법 제36조(퇴역유족연금특별부가금)

① 퇴역연금 또는 상이연금을 받을 권리가 있는 사람(20년 이상 복무한 사람으로 한정한다)이 퇴직한 날의 전날이 속하는 달의 다음 달부터 3년 이내에 사망한 경우에는 퇴역유족연금(「군인 재해보상법」 제34조에 따른 상이유족연금을 받는 경우를 포함한다) 외에 퇴역유족연금특별부가금(이하 "퇴역유족연금특별부가금"이라 한다)을 추가로 지급한다.
