Military Pension Act, Article 32 (Loss and Transfer of the Right to Retirement Survivors' Pension)

① 퇴역유족연금을 받을 권리가 있는 사람이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 권리를 상실한다. <개정 2022.2.3, 2025.3.18>

(1) A어 person퍼슨 entitled엔타이틀드 to투 a어 retirement^r리타이어먼트 survivors'서^v바이^v버즈 pension펜션 loses루지즈 that^ð댓 right^r라잇 in인 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈

1. 사망한 경우

1. Where웨어 the^ð더 person퍼슨 dies;다이즈

2. 재혼한 경우(사실상 혼인관계에 있는 경우를 포함한다)

2. Where웨어 the^ð더 person퍼슨 remarries^r리매^r리즈 (including인클루딩 entering엔터^r링 into인투 a어 de디 facto^f팩토 marital메^r러틀 relationship);^r릴레이션쉽

3. 사망한 군인과의 친족관계가 종료된 경우

② 퇴역유족연금을 받을 권리가 있는 사람이 그 권리를 상실한 경우에 같은 순위자가 있을 때에는 그 같은 순위자에게 그 권리가 이전되고, 같은 순위자가 없을 때에는 다음 순위자에게 그 권리가 이전된다.
