군인연금법 제31조(행방불명자에게 지급할 퇴역유족연금)

퇴역유족연금을 받을 권리가 있는 사람이 1년 이상 행방불명인 경우에는 같은 순위자가 있을 때에는 같은 순위자의 청구에 의하여 그 행방불명된 기간에 해당하는 연금을 같은 순위자에게 지급할 수 있고, 같은 순위자가 없을 때에는 다음 순위자의 청구에 의하여 그 행방불명된 기간에 해당하는 연금을 다음 순위자에게 지급할 수 있다.
