Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Execution of Sentences in the Military and the Treatment of Military Inmates, Article 42 (Expenses for Delivering Money and Valuables Left Behind)
법 제28조제2항 또는 제3항에 따라 사망자나 도주자의 금품 또는 매각대금을 보내는 데에 드는 비용은 그 교부를 청구한 사람이 부담한다.
The expenses incurred in sending the money or valuables, or sale proceeds, of a deceased or escaped person under Article 28 (2) or (3) of the Act shall be borne by the person who requested the delivery.
