Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Execution of Sentences in the Military and the Treatment of Military Inmates, Article 2 (Establishment of Military Detention Rooms)

「군에서의 형의 집행 및 군수용자의 처우에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제4조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 부대"란 장성급(將星級) 장교 또는 2급 이상 군무원이 지휘하는 부대를 말한다. <개정 2017.9.5, 2019.11.26>
