군에서의 형의 집행 및 군수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 시행령 제125조(순회점검공무원에 대한 청원)

① 소장은 군수용자가 법 제102조제1항에 따라 순회점검공무원(법 제7조에 따라 국방부장관으로부터 순회점검의 명을 받은 공무원을 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 청원하는 경우에는 그 인적사항을 청원부에 기록하여야 한다. <개정 2014.10.28>

② 순회점검공무원은 법 제102조제2항 단서에 따라 군수용자가 말로 청원하는 경우에는 그 요지를 청원부에 기록하여야 한다. <개정 2014.10.28>

③ 순회점검공무원은 법 제102조에 따른 군수용자의 청원에 대하여 결정하였을 때에는 그 요지를 청원부에 기록하여야 한다. <개정 2014.10.28>

④ 순회점검공무원은 법 제102조에 따른 군수용자의 청원에 대하여 스스로 결정하는 것이 부적당하다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 내용을 국방부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2014.10.28>

⑤ 군수용자의 청원 처리의 기준ㆍ절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 국방부장관이 정한다.
