Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Execution of Sentences in the Military and the Treatment of Military Inmates, Article 126 (Procedures for Applying for Parole Permission)

법 제107조제1항에 따라 가석방 허가를 신청하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 군수형자가 소속되어 있거나 소속되었던 군의 법무실장을 거쳐 국방부장관에게 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2014.10.28>
