Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Execution of Sentences in the Military and the Treatment of Military Inmates, Article 114 (Outside Members of the Disciplinary Committee)

① 위원회의 외부인사인 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 소장이 위촉한다. <개정 2012.2.29>

② 제1항에 따라 위촉된 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

③ 소장은 제1항에 따라 위촉된 위원이 직무를 게을리하거나, 품위를 손상하였거나, 특정한 종파나 특정한 사상에 치우쳐 징벌의 공정성을 해칠 우려가 있다고 인정되면 그 위원을 해촉할 수 있다.
