Enforcement Decree of the Act on Compensation for and Support of Victims of Abduction to North Korea Since the Conclusion of the Military Armistice Agreement, Article 16 (Payment Decisions)

① 위원회는 법 제14조제1항에 따라 피해위로금등의 지급 및 그 금액을 결정하거나 보호ㆍ지원 및 그 내용을 결정한 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 별지 제6호서식의 지급결정서를 작성하여야 한다.
