군사정전에 관한 협정 체결 이후 납북피해자의 보상 및 지원에 관한 법률 제14조(심의 및 결정)

①위원회는 제12조제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 날부터 180일 이내에 피해위로금등의 지급 여부 및 금액, 보호ㆍ지원 여부 및 그 내용을 심의ㆍ결정하여야 한다. 다만, 제12조제3항에 따라 신청인이 신청서류를 보완하는 경우에는 당해 보완기간은 이에 산입하지 아니한다.

②위원회는 사실관계에 대한 조사가 지연되는 등 부득이한 사정이 있을 때에는 위원장 직권으로 1회에 한하여 120일의 범위 내에서 제1항에 따른 결정기간을 연장할 수 있다. 이 경우 위원회는 결정기간의 연장사유와 결정 예정기한을 지체 없이 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다.
