군사정전에 관한 협정 체결 이후 납북피해자의 보상 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(보상금의 조정지급)

① 법 제10조제5항에 따른 보상금의 조정지급은 법 제10조제1항제1호 또는 제2호나목에 따른 보상금이 조정지급할 보상금에 미치지 아니하는 경우에 한한다.

② 제1항에 따라 조정지급할 보상금은 위원회의 조정지급 결정 당시 월 최저임금액에 별표 1에 따른 호프만계수와 「국가배상법 시행령」 별표 2에 따른 노동력상실률을 모두 곱하여 산출된 금액으로 한다. 이 경우 법 제10조제1항에 따른 법정이율과 법 제10조제4항에 따른 생활비공제는 적용하지 아니한다.
