Enforcement Decree of the Act on Compensation for and Support of Victims of Abduction to North Korea Since the Conclusion of the Military Armistice Agreement, Article 12 (Deduction of Living Expenses)
보상금을 산정함에 있어서는 법 제10조제4항에 따라 월급여액ㆍ월실수입액 또는 평균임금에서 3분의 1에 해당하는 생활비를 공제하여야 한다.
In calculating compensation, living expenses equivalent to one-third shall be deducted from the monthly salary, actual monthly income, or average wage pursuant to Article 10 (4) of the Act.
