군사법원법 제98조(송달을 받기 위한 신고)

① 제2조제1항에 규정된 사람 외의 사람이 피고인, 대리인, 변호인 또는 보조인인 경우에 군사법원 소재지에 서류를 송달받을 수 있는 주거나 사무소가 없을 때에는 군사법원 소재지에 주거나 사무소가 있는 사람을 송달영수인으로 선임하여 연명한 서면으로 신고하여야 한다.

② 송달영수인은 송달에 관하여 본인으로 보고 그 주거나 사무소는 본인의 주거나 사무소로 본다.

③ 제1항과 제2항은 신체를 구속당한 사람에게는 적용하지 아니한다.
