군사법원법 제97조(병영 등에 있는 사람에 대한 송달)

① 병영이나 그 밖의 군사용 청사나 함선에 있는 사람에 대한 송달은 그 병영, 청사 또는 함선의 장이나 그를 대리하는 사람에게 촉탁하여야 한다.

② 제2조제1항에 규정된 사람 중 제1항에 규정된 장소 외의 장소에 있는 사람에 대한 송달은 그 소속의 장, 감독자 또는 이에 준하는 사람에게 촉탁하여 할 수 있다.
