군사법원법 제84조(각종 조서의 기재요건)

제82조와 제83조에 따른 조서에는 조사나 처분을 한 연월일시와 장소를 적고 그 조사 또는 처분을 한 사람과 참여한 서기가 기명날인하거나 서명하여야 한다. 다만, 공판기일(公判期日)이 아닌 날에 군사법원이 조사나 처분을 한 때에는 재판장 또는 군판사와 참여한 서기가 기명날인하거나 서명하여야 한다.
