군사법원법 제76조(재판의 선고ㆍ고지의 방식)

재판의 선고 또는 고지는 공판정에서는 재판서로 하여야 하고, 그 밖의 경우에는 재판서 등본의 송달 또는 다른 적당한 방법으로 하여야 한다. 다만, 법률에 다른 규정이 있을 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.
