군사법원법 제67조(재판의 공개)

① 재판의 심리와 판결은 공개한다. 다만, 공공의 안녕과 질서를 해칠 우려가 있을 때 또는 군사기밀을 보호할 필요가 있을 때에는 군사법원의 결정으로 재판의 심리만은 공개하지 아니할 수 있다.

② 제1항 단서의 결정은 구체적인 이유를 밝혀 선고한다. <개정 2021.9.24>
