군사법원법 제487조(국선변호인의 선정)

재심개시가 결정된 사건에 대하여 재심을 청구한 사람이 변호인을 선임하지 아니하였을 때에는 상소법원이나 관할 군사법원은 제62조에 따라 국선변호인을 선정한다. <개정 2021.9.24>
