군사법원법 제34조(통역인)

① 통역인은 장교 또는 군무원 중에서 군사법원장이 임명한다. 다만, 특히 필요하다고 인정하면 장교 또는 군무원 외의 사람 중에서 임명할 수 있다. <개정 2021.9.24>

② 통역인은 재판장의 명령을 받아 통역과 번역에 관한 사무에 종사한다.
