군사법원법 제322조(공판정의 심리)

① 공판기일에서의 심리는 공판정에서 한다.

(1) Hearings히^r링즈 on안 trial트^r라이얼 dates데잇츠 shall섈 be비 held헬드 in인 the^ð더 courtroom.코트^r룸

② 공판정은 재판관, 군검사, 변호인 및 서기가 출석하여 개정한다. <개정 2016.1.6>

(2) The^ð더 court코트 shall섈 sit싯 in인 the^ð더 courtroom코트^r룸 with위^ð드 the^ð더 judges,저지즈 the^ð더 military밀러테^r리 prosecutor,프^r라시큐터 defense디^f펜스 counsel,카운슬 and앤드 the^ð더 clerk클러크 present.프^r레전트

③ 군검사의 좌석과 피고인 및 변호인의 좌석은 대등하게 법대(法臺)의 좌우측에 마주보고 있어야 하고, 증인의 좌석은 법대의 정면에 있어야 한다. 다만, 피고인 신문을 할 때에 피고인은 증인석에 앉는다. <개정 2016.1.6>
