군사법원법 제295조(시효의 정지와 효력)

① 시효는 공소의 제기로 진행이 정지되고 관할위반 또는 공소기각의 재판이 확정된 때부터 진행한다.

② 공범 중 1명에 대한 제1항의 시효정지는 다른 공범에게 효력이 미치고 그 재판이 확정된 때부터 진행한다.

(2) Suspension서스펜션 of어^v브 the^ð더 limitation리미테이션 period피^r리어드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) for^f포 one원 accomplice어캄플리스 shall섈 have해^v브 effect이^f펙트 on안 the^ð디 other어^ð더 accomplices,어캄플러시즈 and앤드 the^ð더 period피^r리어드 shall섈 resume^r리줌 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 time타임 the^ð더 judgment저지먼트 becomes비컴즈 final.^f파이늘

③ 범인이 형사처분을 면할 목적으로 국외에 있는 경우 그 기간 동안 공소시효는 정지된다.
