군사법원법 제227조의2(피고인의 소송비용 부담)

① 형을 선고할 때에는 피고인에게 소송비용의 전부 또는 일부를 부담하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 피고인이 경제적 사정으로 소송비용을 낼 수 없을 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.
