군사법원법 제208조(수명군판사 등에 대한 증인신문 촉탁)

① 군사법원은 군판사에게 법정이 아닌 곳에서 증인을 신문할 것을 명령할 수 있고 또한 증인의 현재지를 관할하는 군사법원의 군판사 또는 지방법원의 판사에게 그 신문을 촉탁할 수 있다.

② 수탁군판사 또는 수탁판사는 증인이 관할구역에 있지 아니한 경우에는 증인의 현재지를 관할하는 군사법원의 군판사 또는 지방법원의 판사에게 다시 촉탁할 수 있다.

③ 수명군판사, 수탁군판사 또는 수탁판사는 증인의 신문에 관하여 군사법원의 재판장 또는 군판사의 권한에 속하는 처분을 할 수 있다.
