군사법원은 증인의 연령, 직업 및 건강상태와 그 밖의 사정을 고려하여 군검사ㆍ피고인 또는 변호인의 의견을 묻고 법정이 아닌 곳에 소환하거나 현재지에서 신문할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.6>
