군사법원법 제204조(당사자의 참여권)

① 군검사, 피고인 또는 변호인은 증인신문에 참여할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.6>

② 증인신문의 일시와 장소는 제1항에 따라 참여할 수 있는 사람에게 미리 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 참여하지 아니한다는 의사를 표명한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
