군사법원법 제184조(시각의 제한)

① 일출 전과 일몰 후에는 집주인, 관리자 또는 이에 준하는 사람의 승낙이 없으면 검증을 하기 위하여 다른 사람의 주거나 관리자가 있는 가옥, 건조물, 항공기, 선박 또는 차량에 들어가지 못한다. 다만, 일출 후에는 검증의 목적을 달성할 수 없을 우려가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 일몰 전에 검증을 시작한 경우에는 일몰 후라도 검증을 계속할 수 있다.
